Dear Council Testimony, Honorable Mayor Alameda, and Mayor's Office
I strongly support Comm-447 for Humane Cat Management of lost, stolen / dumped, and abandoned pet cats. They are
being referred to as 'ferals', but in actuality they are either stolen / dumped, lost or abandoned pets.
I understand that Aloha Animal Alliance has a professional program for such humane cat management and strongly
support them.
