A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT OF RESEARCH AND
DEVELOPMENT IN PURCHASING VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE TO INITIATE ITS VOLUNTEER CENTER PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Department of Research and Development’s Resource Center Program collects information, data, and conducts research to support Research and Development’s programs, and offers
data and information for programs such as its Volunteer Center Program; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Research and Development is requesting funds to purchase volunteer management software to initiate its Volunteer Center Program; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I that Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to assist the Department of Research and Development
to purchase volunteer management software to initiate its Volunteer Center Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai‘i hereby transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below:
