Lower Puna (Puna Makai) has limited ocean access after the 2018 volcanic eruption on the East Rift Zone and we need to preserve this land in perpetuity as it already serves as a place to gather by the ocean, fish, and collect opihi. Honolulu ahupua'a is home to one of the older undisturbed village sites along the Puna coastline which is the area first settled by the polynesians arriving from the S. Pacific. This area contains many cultural features and qualifies to be on the list of State Historic Sites. and that the Hawaiian Lineal Descendant's are in full support of its preservation as open space. Honolulu Landing is a jewel of a property and deserves to be preserved from commercial development. Mahalo! Xaymara Aviles Cintron Comm. q' Ref. To: Ref. Date EP - 2 2025
