We need written testimony e-mailed right away! ® ®® Everyone we need to give thanks to Eileen for pushing this project forward and keeping us energized and wanting to spread the word! Mahalo to Eileen O'Hara! This is the land that we're trying to save from commercialized development: https•-I/www commercialsearch.com/commercial- property_/usJhilpahoa/historic-honolulu-landing-1/ It can be as simple as an email to counciltestimony@hawaiicounty.gov Saying: "I support Resolution 286-25 being heard by the LAAC on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025 Honolulu Landing is a jewel of a property and deserves to be preserved from commercial development." You can personalize the email to give it more character so that it's not just a standard form letter make it personal. Or you can add other points like the fact that Lower Puna (Puna Makai) has limited ocean access after the 2018 volcanic eruption on the East Rift Zone and we need to preserve this land in perpetuity as it already serves as a place to gather by the ocean, fish and collect opihi. Or you could mention that the Honolulu ahupua'a is home to one of the older undisturbed village sites along the Puna coastline which is the area first settled by the polynesians arriving from the S. Pacific. This area contains many cultural features and qualifies to be on the list of State Historic Sites. and that the Hawaiian Lineal Descendant's are in full support of its preservation as open com t Ref.To: Ref. Date space. You can give a personal account of the years you and your families have enjoyed having Honolulu Landing as a place where you can go and spend time with family go fishing and find peace. The most important thing is we do not want that land to become commercialized. We want that land to be purchased by the County Of Hawaii and to be held in perpetuity as an Ancient Historical Hawaiian Village Preservation Site. This is really urgent. We need to band together. We DESPERATELY need your help! This is URGENT! Mahalo, Bo Breda Pahoa, HI z
