#286-25 and the LAAC
Aloha,
Mahalo nui loa for taking the time to read this email. I just wanted to let you know that me and my'Ohana are very
against the 364 acres known as Honolulu landing from being developed commercially. My family and I use the area for
fishing, hanging out together and with friends, whale watching, culture practices and enjoying the natural beauty of
Puna. This is also a very important area historically as it used to be an ancient Hawaiian village. Remnants of the village
can still be found in the area as well as many unmarked grave sites. Please consider protecting this area for the cultural
significance and because of the love that residents of Puna have for this special area.
