Aloha,
I support Resolution 286-25 being heard by the LAAC on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025
Honolulu Landing is a jewel of a property and deserves to be preserved from commercial development.
Land acreage of that size is normally sold to people who don't live here, don't care about the ecology,
denizens, or the long-term consequences of development.
Residents should have the ability to subsist on that area, it should be protected. The no
commercialization will instead pay dividends in community and environmental health. Our biodiversity,
climate, and strong cultural ties are hallmarks of our islands.
Listen to the locals , they have the knowledge of the land, its history, present, and future.
