Subject: Resolution# 286-25 and the LAAC.
This email is in support of the county purchase of the Honolulu Landing.
I am a property owner and a resident of Hawaiian Beaches. My wife and I take a daily walk along the Government Beach
Road. It would be a great loss if the Honolulu Landing is purchased by a private developer, especially since both Ahalanui
warm pond and Kapoho tide pools have been buried in the lava and few beach access is left in the Puna district.
I urge the county to use this opportunity to invest in the future of Puna by purchasing the Honolulu Landing property.
