Aloha,
I submit this testimony in full support of Resolution # 286-25.
Honolulu Landing is a critical wahi pans on our Puna coastline which
is replete with significant sites.
It is for sale at this moment and has been on the approved PONC list
for years. This acquisition is imperative to ensure our cultural
practices and important coastal places are available for managed
public use.
Lineal descendants and their subsequent non -profits will take the
Lead on the stewardship of this property which is the critical piece to
ensuring generational care and appropriate use.
