The BLNR did not accept Pohakuloa TrainingAreas Final Environmental Impact Statement back in May this year. They cited that the archeology inventory was incomplete, that there was a lack of endangered species data, and that the Cultural Impact Statement was inadequate. For 60+years, the bombing and Training activities have desecrated the habitats of endangered species, the Saddle Region aquifer system, and cultural sites. They have caused many wildfires to spark. And they leave unexploded ordinances around that threaten the community's safety. The military has been awfully irresponsible and must be held accountable. Mahalo for the opportunity to testify. I believe the approval of this resolution will send a strong message that our Hawaii county stands with its people. o c-) o r c Malie Culp, o ?c Big Island Resident < -rn =L N ._ Ln (IPIiTit,
