My ohana stands in solidarity with other Aloha Aina in strong support of Hawaii County
Resolution 234-25!
The Hawaiian Kingdom was never annexed by the United States. We all knowthat the United
State's claim of annexing the Hawaiian Kingdom on July 7, 1898 was a lie and that the United
States perpetuates their lie. Why do we keep ignoring that FACT?
Article 53 of the Fourth Geneva Convention provides that "(a]ny destruction by the
Occupying Power of real or personal property belonging individually or collectively to
private persons, or to the State, or to other public authorities, or to social or cooperative
organizations, is prohibited, except where such destruction is rendered absolutely
necessary by military operations."
This Council can lean on international laws of occupation to justify adoption of Hawaii
County Resolution 234-25.
We all know that Hawaii is NOT absolutely necessary for
military operations of the United States occupier. We also know that
the occupier is using and abusing Hawaii as their stepping stone
towards global dominance.
In 2024, the occupier spent $997 billion on their military, which is more than the next nine
countries' combined. Its time the occupier put their money where their mouth is and truly be
good stewards of the aina and clean up their mess! Contaminating our environment
with toxic metals and other hazardous materials, and leaving that
mess in place, can never be justified!
Inquiring minds should want to know why potable water is still being
hauled to Pohaku Loa after a successful water well was drilled at
Comm.

Pohakuloa over ten years ago. Has the occupier poisoned our
high level perched water supplies too?
In conclusion, it's all a lie and we all know it - so why keep ignoring it? The United
States military has a long history of desecration, lies, and
deceit. They are not our friends, friends care.
