I have owned several properties on the island and most have no dedicated funding for roads from the County. I have
served over 20 years on a road maintenance corporation formed to address the poor roads and lack of access to funds
supposedly set aside for roads from the maintenance. This was a system doomed to failure for homeowners meanwhile
benefiting the large landowners wanting to sell and the State and its subsidiaries to gain tax income without providing
infrastructure. This was an injustice for all residents.
Please do the right thing and pass Bill 38.
