Subject: Please accept my testimony!
Please accept my testimony although 1 realize I am 20 minutes late!!
I have only one comment to make; please do not encourage the use of compostable single use items
because we do not have a commercial composter on the Big Island. It will all end up in the landfill where
it will not decompose for many many years.
Otherwise I am grateful to see this Bill 83 going before the council. Reusable only!! Not compostable!!
