RE: Bill No. 275, Draft 2
This is to transmit Bill No. 275, Draft 2, which was the result of an amendment made at
the Finance Committee meeting of June 20, 2000.
Specifically, Draft 2 amended Section 14 to read as follows: "...$8,000,000 shall be used
for the [sale] sole purposes of financing a radio communications system to be used by
agencies of the County of Hawaii.
