10/07/2025 Testimony opposing Bill 64
I strongly oppose BitI. 64. It reduces the qualifications of an important decision -making role that impacts
the entire island. We shoutd not be reducing our standards that may cut even more corners down the
Line. A License professional engineer should be at the helm of Public Works to provide sound and
reasonable judgement with safety and ethics as a priority.
