Aloha GOEAC Hawall County Council Committee Chair and Members:
I urgently support Hawai'i County Council draft Resolution 320-25 because it affirms the county's
obligation to all people of our island home. I strongly urge you to support it too.
Passing this resolution to is required by those wishing to honor & uphold the Hawaii State and County
elected officials' oath of office. I wish to hereby officially ask you to reaffirm your support for our rights,
including our right to DUE PROCESS and to all protections we are all due under our State and U.S.
Constitutions
This resolution 320-25 affirms the county's obligation to all people of our island home.
