Aloha GOEA Hawai'i County Council Committee Chair and
Members:
I am proud to support Hawai'i County Council draft Resolution
320-25, and commend the Council for considering it.
This resolution expresses the values of inclusion and appreciation
- not fear - of those from different racial, national, and cultural
backgrounds. It reflects our commitment to ohana/community,
meaning welcome to all who call this island home, regardless of
when, how or why they arrived.
I know I'm late, but even if it doesn't make it into the public record,
I wanted to express my support.
