Aloha County Council Policy Committee,
I strongly support Resolution 350-25 and encourage all Council members to vote for this resolution.
I especially offer many, many Mahalos to Councilmember Galimba for introducing this resolution, and to
the Councilmembers who support this effort --including Councilmember Villages who is my
representative.
We respect and value our local taw enforcement officers. We do not want them, or our limited County
resources, to be used in support of federal DHS and Customs Enforcement activities that are in
themselves unlawful and/or unlawfully executed.
Our dedicated local taw enforcement, and our people, deserve better than to participate with, or be
subjected to masked, un-identified federal agents who ignore due process and are detaining people who
have a lawful right to be here.
