Subject: Res. 320-25 testimony in favor, related to GOEAC on 10.7.2025
In Support of Res. 320-25
Aloha Members of the County Council. I am Nancy Moser, a citizen of the United States and the State of
Hawaii. I'm a long-time resident of Hawaii County, since 1971, sequentially in locations of Ke'ei,
Pepe'ekeo, Hilo, then in 2005 with a caregiving breakto support my elderly parent's backto my childhood
family home in Honolulu, and now since 2016 in Waikoloa Village.
I urge your support for Resolution 320-25 which reaffirms our commitment to our county population as
the multicultural community rich in our respect for the due process of law. Restating our fidelity to these
principles feels tome like the least we should endorse. And having all our county government entities
survey the text and intent of our partnerships strengthens our defense of our principles by this action.
Please vote in favor of Res, 320-25.
