Aloha Honorable Councilmembers,
Please support Resolution 320. We don't want Hawaii Island subjected.to assaults like the one in
Chicago --innocent people shaken awake by flash -bang grenades, children zip -tied together, holes
punched through walls, possessions strewn everywhere, and no one knowing when it might happen
again.
