Aloha GOEA Hawai'i County Council Committee Chair and Members:
I support Hawai'i County Council draft Resolution 320-25 and urge you to support it too.
DUE PROCESS and all of the protections of the US and State Constitutions are under attack, so I
ask you to pass this resolution to reaffirm support for our rights and to uphold the oath of office you
took at the beginning of your term.
This reso affirms the county's obligation to all of people of our island home during a time when our
Republican leaders are working hard to suppress voter rights, and Donald Trump is occupying the
cities of blue states. Our democracy is under serious attack.
