Aloha Honorable Councilmembers -
I am pleased to see Resolution 320-25 supporting due process, protecting constitutional rights, and
affirmingthe county's commitment to multiculturalism and its immigrant heritage.
This is' a much needed resolution given the currentfederal regime's attacks on our constitution rights,
their ignoring due process rights, and their attacks on our multicultural community.
I urge unanimous support of this resolution.
