1 strongly don't support Bill 68, which begins the process of establishing

a separate building department.

This change would add an additional layer of bureaucracy to the building_
permit process. Why reinvent the wheel when the processing of building
permits have improved? It also adds another cabinet level department
=-
head when the county is already having difficulty finding eligible candidates.
