Seems you have an HOA Karen using the courts to affect even rural and ag lots her prejudice of anything
not sterile. All neat and silent like the boring manicured landscapes she prefers. With the specter of
hunger caused by the current lack of SNAP to keiki. Kapuna and the disabled the backyard egglayers
maybe the only source of protein for many. Now it it threatened by this bill 52
HOA subdivisions hate roosters so they ban all poultry. Now this will severly
Limit the number of hens out side those bastion of privilege so a household can not even have enough
eggs for their own use.
If passed will we have ICE type gestapo barging into every backyard to seize any having an extra hen? If
not. How is it to be enforced? Do we really want our scarce dollars used to fund extra police to enforce
this? many delight in naturally, blue. Green.Dark brown eggs that are not available in stores. It takes
breeding exotic birds to get these. Yes. That means having some roosters that make the countryside alive
with the nostalgic sounds we connect with those places that are the only way we can even approach
being food self sufficient. Please stop this ridiculous urban blight attempt of a bill!
