The entire point of having multiple zones is to regulate each zone differently in accordance to that zone's needs. To blanket regulate every zone equally regarding raising chickens is ludacris, at best. Yes, the regulations in this bill make sense for residential communities.... But it can't be regulated the same way in agricultural zones. Agricultural zones have very different needs -we need to free range our chickens, we need to sell our extra chickens, and we need to sell our eggs in occasion. These are things nearly every agricultural zoned household who raise chickens is already doing, and to require that that be stopped is making it harder for people to survive in an already rough financial climate. Absolutely take RA out of this bill, and regulate RA differently than the other zones.... Because it is a separate zone with differing needs. CD c r • e M• T I effoysI CD 0 W S b to p -< Comm.
