Aloha Members of the Council,
As a frequentvisitor who has family living on the Big Island of Hawaii, I am writing to express my strong
support for Bill 83 and its amendments, which aims to end plastic pollution.
Protecting marine life and preservingthe island's natural beauty are crucial. Bill. 83 and its amendments
is a significant step forward in this effort and aligns with the growing movement to switch to nontoxic,
biodegradable products.
I urge the Council to pass this important legislation for the health of our planet and future generations.
