Refer Bill 63 Back to the Policy Committee on Planning, Land <br />Use and Economic Development <br />The Kona Community Development Plan (CDP) Action Committee (AC) met on Tuesday, <br />January 13, 2026, at the West Hawai'i Civic Center. Among the agenda items was a discussion <br />regarding Hawai'i County Council Bill 63, relating to dwellings. <br />Following the discussion, the AC voted to formally request that Bill 63 be referred back to the <br />Policy Committee on Planning, Land Use, and Economic Development for further discussion <br />and refinement.
