Enclosed are four copies of the declaration of covenants with the appropriate signatures. As
indicated in our letters to you dated March 14, 2000 and April 5, 2000, Final Subdivision
Approval will be granted upon compliance with all conditions of approval, including Condition E,
which requires the submission of a copy of the approved covenant(s) recited in an instrument
executed by the applicants and the County, and recorded with the Bureau of Conveyances.
Therefore, as Final Subdivision Approval is contingent upon our receipt of a copy of the recorded
declaration of covenants, please forward the document to our office at your earliest convenience.
