COUNTY OF HAWAPI <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAPI <br />BILL NO. 131 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAPI COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL—10,060 SQUARE FEET (RS-10) TO <br />NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL—10,000 SQUARE FEET (CN-10) AT WAIAKEA, <br />SOUTH HILO, HAWAI`I, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY NO.2-2-034:045. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br />property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br />Hawaii, shall be Neighborhood Commercial — 10,000 square feet (CG-10): <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of this parcel, of land, being the northeast corner <br />of Lot 12, Grant 8796 to K. Wakimoto and on the west side of Hmano Street, the <br />coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br />Station "HALAP', being 623.00 feet South and 9,591.00 East, thence running by <br />azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br />1. <br />900 <br />00, <br />00" <br />2. <br />1800 <br />00' <br />00" <br />3. <br />2700 <br />00' <br />00" <br />225.00 feet along Lot 12, Grant 8796 to K. <br />Wakimoto, thence; <br />100.00 feet along Lot 9, Grant 8686 to Mrs. <br />Tsuneyo Tanaka, thence; <br />225.00 feet along Consolidated Lot 6, Grant <br />8780 to Mrs. Hatsuyo Thompson and <br />Lot 8, Grant 8795 to Thomas Pedro, <br />Jr., thence; <br />
