Aloha,
I am writing to strongly urge you to support Bill 83, Draft 2 and its amendments. This is a huge step
forward.
Plastic pollution is one of our greatest threats. Just yesterday we plucked bottles, buoys, fishing line and
plastic utensils out of the ocean. As a boat captain I deal with plastic debris everyday and change comes
from the top down.
Please support Bill 83.
