FOR HOMELESS ASSISTANCE PURPOSES Authorizes the negotiation of a one-year lease with one one-year option to renew with an approximate annual cost of $10. The property, located at 74-5593 Pawai Place, would continue to be used as an assessment center and emergency shelter for individuals who are experiencing homelessness.
