SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 460-26, Draft 2; A resolution authorizing the payment of funds of later fiscal years to enter into a multi-year lease agreement for real
property to be used by the Office of the Corporation Counsel.
At the request of the Office of the Corporation Counsel, transmitted herewith is a proposed amendment of Resolution No. 460-26, Draft 2. The amendment is shown below in Ramseyer format
with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 460-26, Draft 2; material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken, and material to be added is underscored.
Resolution No. 460-26, Draft 2, is amended by amending the sixth WHEREAS clause to read as follows:
“WHEREAS, the two units to be leased under this proposed agreement are identified as Apartment Nos. 311 and 312, each containing approximately [six hundred] three hundred and ten square
feet of office space and located at 101 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawai‘i 96720; now, therefore,”
Due to the limited scope of the amendment, a copy of the new draft of this resolution that would result if this proposed amendment were adopted is not attached.
