COUNTY OF HAWAPI <br />STATE OF HAWAPI <br />RESOLUTION NO. 491 26 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FANS FOR THE MAKA`EO <br />EVENTS PAVILION. <br />WHEREAS, Maka`eo Events Pavilion is used by citizens of the County of Hawaii for <br />recreational activities, community meetings, family celebrations, and other large events; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase <br />fans in order to continue to provide the community with recreational activities and events at <br />Maka`eo Events Pavilion; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation to purchase fans for the Maka`eo Events Pavilion. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $9,520.83 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />1010-11-10191 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO <br />1010-51-50511 Department of Parks and Recreation <br />Parks Maint Equip <br />570480 Misc.
