RE: Parking Meter Ordinance
Attached for your consideration is a bill which intends to eliminate all parking meter
zones in downtown Hilo, except for areas around the county building and the federal
building. In lieu of parking meter zones, time limit parking zones will be established and
noticed by posted signs. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 961-
