BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, is hereby amended by appropriating revenues in the following amount to the fund set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the Council upon completion of the grant program.
