Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 480-26, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 480-26, transmitted by Human Resources Director Sommer Tokihiro via
Communication No. 756, dated February 12, 2026, authorizes the payment of funds of later fiscal
years to enter into a multi -year agreement with Neogov for software licensing, maintenance, and
support for the Department of Human Resources.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year agreement with an approximate annual
cost of $34,100 for the first year, $36,570 for the second year, and $39,230 for the third year, to
provide software licensing, maintenance, and support for the department's Recruitment and
Examination Division.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 480-26, and
recommends its adoption.
