Comm. 785: COVID-19 TEMPORARY HAZARD PAY EXPENDITURES NOTIFICATION From Finance Director Diane Nakagawa, dated March 12, 2026 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 475-26: AUTHORIZES AND DIRECTS THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO (Draft 2) NEGOTIATE THE DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BY LEASE TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS FOR PERMANENT HOUSING PURPOSES Authorizes the negotiation of six one-year leases with four one-year renewal options at an approximate annual cost of $10 for six residential properties to be used as long-term permanent housing for underserved populations. Reference: Comm.786 Intr. by: Council Member Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder (B/R) Res. 495-26: AUTHORIZES THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO AWARD FUNDS FOR THE KILAUEA RECOVERY GRANT PROGRAM Provides $501,100 in grant funds to various nonprofit organizations to provide relief, recovery, mitigation, and long-term resilience for disaster damages, losses, and suffering caused by the 2018 Kilauea eruption.
