APPOINTMENT OF MANAGING DIRECTOR
Effective July 1, 2000, I am appointing Harry A. Takahashi to the position of Managing
Director.
Concurrent with Mr. Takahashi's appointment, Dixie Kaetsu, Controller, will serve as
Acting Finance Director, Ms. Kaetsu will be appointed to the Director of Finance
position pending Council confirmation.
