Dear Councilman Arakaki and Members of the County Council:
Enclosed for your review and approval is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds of a
later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal year for a multi-year lease for a copy machine.
The monthly lease payment, supplies and maintenance are approximately $4,579.40 and the
term is five years. The new copy machine and automatic stapler attachment will enhance
productivity and efficiency.
