Kimball, via Communication <br />No. 799, dated March 18, 2026, requests the State of Hawaii, Board of Land and Natural <br />Resources, to rename Kolekole Gulch Park as "Kolekole Park." <br />Member Kimball began by explaining that this resolution was requested by the community as a <br />procedural correction. She fiuther clarified that the community has always referred to this park as <br />Kolekole Park, but when the state reopened it after a lengthy closure they used the name Kolekole <br />Gulch Park on some signage.
