Re: Comm. No. 791Bill No. 146
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 146, reports as follows:
Bill No. 146, transmitted by Housing Administrator Kehaulani M. Costa via Communication
No. 791, dated March 11, 2026, amends Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, the Operating Budget
of the County of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
This bill increases revenues in the State Grants — Transit -Oriented Development Capital
Improvement Program for 34 Rainbow Affordable Housing Project account ($1,000,000); and
appropriates the same to the Transit -Oriented Development Capital Improvement Program for
34 Rainbow Affordable Housing Project account.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 146, and
recommends its passage on first reading.
