Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 145, reports as follows:
Bill No. 145, transmitted by Housing Administrator Kehaulani M. Costa via Communication
No. 790, dated March 10, 2026, amends Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, the Operating Budget
of the County of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
This bill appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants — Housing Choice Voucher Program account
($1,000,000); and appropriates the same to the Choice Voucher Rental Subsidies account.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 145, and
recommends its passage on first reading.
