AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25-45, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2026.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating
revenues in the following amount to the fund as set forth in Section 2.

Total $ 1,977,568
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the
fund and expenditure account as set forth hereinbelow:

SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the
Council upon completion of the grant program.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
