AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.25-45,AS AMENDED,THE OPERATING
BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,2026.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-45,as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating
revenues in the following amount to the fund as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the
fund and expenditure account as set forth hereinbelow:

SECTION 3. A final report,or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the
Council upon completion of the grant program.
