COUNTY OF HAWAI`I <br />JMYY OF N� <br />• STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />rE•oF•Nr, <br />BILL NO. 166 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.25-50, AS AMENDED, AN <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 25-50, as amended by Ordinance No. 25-92, is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />"SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect on [3uly] September 1, <br />2026." <br />SECTION 2. Material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />SECTION 4.
