MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT: Resolution for the Kamehameha Investment Corporation
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a resolution to the Hawai'i County Housing Agency (HCHA)
authorizing the Mayor to execute cancellation of an April 29,
1993, agreement with Kamehameha Investment Corporation, as
amended on November 24, 1994, and execute a new agreement to
satisfy the Affordable Housing Requirement for Bayview Estates at
Keauhou.
The HCHA reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting of
July 6, 2000, by a vote of 6 ayes, I nays, and with
Z absent and excused. Accordingly, I am requesting that
this resolution be included on the Council agenda for action at
its July 26, 2000, meeting. Q
