AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25-45,AS AMENDED,THE OPERATING
BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,2026.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues
in the following amount to the fund as set forth in Section 2.

1152-430642 State Grants - TOD CIP for 34 Rainbow Housing $ 1,000,000
Affordable Housing Project
Total $ 1,000,000
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the
fund and expenditure accounts as set forth hereinbelow:

SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report as required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the
