Bill 136: RELATES TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR (Draft 3) THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2026, TO JUNE 30, 2027 Draft 3 requires a total appropriation of$380,200,000, of which $55,700,000 are intended to be funded by Federal Grants, $23,000,000 to be funded by State Grants, $292,500,000 to be funded in whole or part by bonds, $8,500,000 to be funded by private funds, and $500,000 to be funded by the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Maintenance Fund.
