#'V Of <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI`I STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />Ott pjN� <br />RESOLUTION NO. 591 26 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br />RECREATION TO PURCHASE VOLLEYBALL EQUIPMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many <br />diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br />interests of the community in a safe and well -maintained environment; and <br />WHEREAS, Council District 9 has various park facilities in need of additional <br />volleyball equipment for recreational programs and activities; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation to purchase volleyball equipment for park facilities in Council District 9. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $7,525 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />1010-11-10191 Clerk-CouncilSVC— Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />1010-51-50706 Department of Parks and Recreation <br />Recreation Division Equipment <br />570480 Misc.
