Appropriates revenues in the State Grants—Coffee Berry Borer/Coffee Leaf Rust
Pesticide Subsidy Program account($150,000); and appropriates the same to the
Coffee Berry Borer/Coffee Leaf Rust Pesticide Subsidy Program account. Funds
would be used to aid coffee growers in Kona and Ka`u by offsetting the cost of
purchasing approved pesticides.
