ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.26-44,THE OPERATING BUDGET OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAIII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,2027.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No.26-44 is hereby amended by appropriating revenues in the following
amount to the fund as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the
fund and expenditure account as set forth hereinbelow:

SECTION 3. A final report,or the final report required by the grantor,shall be submitted to the
Council upon completion of the grant program.
